Miss Plus wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Items must be clean, unwashed, unworn with original tags attached (swimwear must have hygienic liner attached). Merchandise returned after 30 days will receive a credit to apply to future purchases.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sunglasses, jewelry or accessories (We do accept returns on handbags). Shoes that have been worn or are scuffed on the bottom will be considered used and worn merchandise and will not be issued a refund.
How to return an item:
1. Please fill out our
Return Authorization Number Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your RAN will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
2. Option 1. Returns Via U.S. Postal Service
- If you wish to return, exchange or order a new item, please fill out the Return and Exchange Order Form provided in your package.
- Use the mailing label enclosed and affix it to the outside of your package.
- Drop it off at any USPS location.

Option 2. Return on your own
- If you wish to return, exchange or order a new item, please fill out the Return and Exchange Order Form provided in your package.
- Ship your package back by carrier of your choice. Keep any shipping receipts until the refund for your return appears on your credit card statement.
- We will pay the shipping & handling for the new item.
3. Package your return
Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.
Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package if using the USPS.
Please Allow 15 Days. It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your
refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns Without Merchandise Return Form
- On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Order Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for refund or
exchange.
- If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the item name, description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order. We will pay the shipping & handling for the new item.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
